VALUES:
Our school and staff members are committed to excellence as well as providing quality educational and leadership opportunities in an environment characterized by integrity and professionalism.
PHILOSOPHY:
• Relevancy: The POI must be taught in a manner that makes the instruction relevant to what is happening in the complex world our students will face when they leave the classroom. We continue to exist as long as our product continues to be viewed as relevant to the Soldiers and Commanders in our region.
• Superior Instruction: Everything should be focused on Instructor development. Then instructors must have the skills and knowledge to make the classroom experience like no other for the student s that come to the 70th RTI.
• Professional Environment: If we want to be known as a premier learning institution, we have to create the environment that projects professionalism starting from the parking lot to the classroom and ending with the graduation ceremony.
• Constant Improvement: Quality assurance is essential to what we do. Instruction that is not working should be corrected on the spot. Each course must be evaluated in real time to ensure relevancy and adherence to standards.
